Placing Your Order Online

It's easy to shop on-line with the CastCoverZ!

Simply locate the item(s) you would like to purchase, enter the quantity of the item, select any options and press the "Add to Cart" button to the right of the item. The item(s) you select will be added to your shopping cart.

Once you've completed your shopping, you may begin the checkout process. To begin the checkout process, click on the "View Cart / Checkout" link at the top right of each page or the "Your Shopping Cart" link at the bottom of each page.

A shopping cart review page will be displayed where you will be able to review the items in your cart and be able to change item quantities or remove items from your cart.  If you've forgotten something, you can press the "Keep Shopping" button and you will be taken back to the last CastCoverZ!  page visited.  Items in your shopping cart will remain in your cart.

Or, when you are ready to checkout, simply press the Google checkout button to complete the process.

Orders Outside the U.S. (International Orders)

CastCoverZ! ships outside the U.S. via International Priority Mail which takes approximately 6 - 10 days.

Product Returns

We understand you are already frustrated, inconvenienced, in pain and maybe even a little worried. The last thing you need is more of the same from us, your "Feel Better, Heal Better" company.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply contact CastCoverZ! toll free at 1(877) 633-4310 or by email at cs@castcoverz.com and we will cheerfully exchange or refund. If we can exchange it, (YAY!), your replacement will be on its way with a SASE to return the original product. If you still want to return it [GASP!] and receive a refund (proof the customer is King or Queen at CastCoverZ!), please contact us for instructions. Your product purchase (less S&H) will be credited, promptly, once we receive the products.

PLEASE NOTE: PayPal and/or Google can take up to 7 days to refund your account. Yep, 7 days!

SPECIAL NOTE FOR CASTSHIELD and DRYPRO WATERPROOF PRODUCTS: Both products contain latex and must be sized carefully to work properly. If you think you made a mistake after ordering, please call us and we'll review your sizing with you. If possible, remove rings and watches prior to wearing as they have been known to catch and tear the fabric, making the product ineffective. If the product is returned unopened and unused within seven days a refund will be cheerfully issued. However, due to manufacturer's requirements and that both are healthcare products, we're sorry, but CastCoverZ! cannot accept or refund opened or used DryPro or CastShield products. If the product is defective, do not use and call us immediately at 1(877) 633-4310.
