I recently broke a bone in my hand and never had a broken bone before, I was amazed at the inconvenience and disruption in my life. I'm ashamed to admit it. But, I bought one from your company and one from your competitor that offered "FREE" S&H. Not only is your product superior (fabric and construction is much better quality), but I received it in two days! The competitor's product took 6 days, because it went snail mail...but I still had to pay $3.00 for "Handling." Do you know how many sweaters I snagged and people I scratched in that lag time? I couldn't contact the other company and there was no tracking of my shipment available. CastCoverz! offers all that and their friendly staff was amazing!
